Wir versuchen alle SportlerInnen auf dem Weg zu ihren Zielen individuell zu f\u00f6rdern und zu unterst\u00fctzen. Neben trainingseifrigen Breitensportlern stehen aktuelle oder ehemalige Leistungssportler auf der Matte. Gemeinsam werden wettkampfspezifische Techniken trainiert und im Trainingskampf angewandt.<\/p>\n<p>Weiterhin stehen auch hier Stabilisations-, Koordinations- und Beweglichkeitstraining mit auf dem Plan.<\/p>\n<p>Auch Neueinsteiger finden in dieser Gruppe ihren Platz. Jeder wird herzlich aufgenommen und von Trainern und Sportlern unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Wichtig ist nicht die G\u00fcrtelfarbe, sondern das was du im Training lernst und anwenden
